In 2025, Vostok created a pioneering program dedicated to empowering Kazakhstani pension women through tourism and cultural exchange. The initiative equips them with skills and platforms to share their traditions, crafts, and hospitality while generating sustainable income. By placing these women at the center of cultural preservation, the program strengthens local heritage, creates new opportunities, and showcases Kazakhstan’s commitment to women’s empowerment on the global stage.
